Quest service
You understand that the amusement quest service is intended to be an intellectual challenge for your entertainment, and is not intended to test your physical abilities in any way. You understand that you may interact with your environment, but the game does not require or involve any physical challenges, and therefore excludes the use of excessive force and activities such as running, jumping, climbing or striking, or any other physical activity that may cause damage or harm to people or property.
Accessing the website City-Questing.com ("Website")
We cannot guarantee that the Website will operate continuously or without interruptions or be error free. You must not attempt to interfere with the proper working of the Website and, in particular, you must not attempt to circumvent security, tamper with, hack into, or otherwise disrupt the Website or any computer system, server, router or any other internet-connected device. We do not accept liability for any losses or claims arising from any inability to access the Site or any failure to complete a transaction.
Liability
City Questing is not responsible for loss or damage or harm to your or another person's property or health. You are responsible for managing your own health and safety and if in doubt, should consult a medical professional. In the event of personal injury you agree to cover any costs of emergency medical treatment and ambulance transportation.
Refunds
No refund on purchased Quests or Quizzes, even if you have not completed or started within 30 days after purchase.
Bookings on behalf of others
When booking on behalf of another person, you agree that you make that purchase as the authorized agent of that person, so that person shall be bound by the same Terms as you.
Under 18
An authorized guardian must supervise children under the age of 18 at all times during the quest. The guardian responsible for any child is bound by the Terms on the child’s behalf.
